For our customer, an international trust company in Canton of Zurich, we are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced

Trust officer/ Assistant

Your responsibilities

  • You will administrate trust structures and corresponding banking affairs under supervision and independently
  • You will be responsible for an administrative assistance on mandates including financial, accounting and database reviews, general file maintenance
  • Preparation of resolutions, dealing with distributions, execution of payments and opening accounts
  • Monitoring due dates and managing of files (data entry, administration and maintenance of customer data and information on structures)
  • Participation in formation of new companies and structures and issuing of related documentation
  • Ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with our customer`s policies & procedures

Your profile:

  • University or professional studies in economics, accounting or legal
  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in administration of trusts preferably in the banking, fiduciary or legal area
  • STEP diploma or equivalent qualification is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Russian
  • A person with integrity, who is reliable, stress resistant and self-motivated
  • Good team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Well-organized, adept in setting priorities, self-motivated and trustworthy
  • Swiss/EU passport or valid swiss work permit is a must
