For our customer, an international company in Canton of Zug we are looking for a motivated and experienced

Administrative Assistant 100%

Your responsibilities

  • General administrative tasks
  • Overheads payments in SAP Software
  • Support the secretary
  • Filing and archiving of documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for management
  • Coordinate in-house meetings, including conference room set up, beverages, food, etc.
  • Process of timesheets and expense reports in a timely manner

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • One or two year of administrative work experience
  • Experience in SAP
  • Fluent in English and German, Russian is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The use of discretion and the maintenance of high levels of confidentiality are also required
  • EU-passport or a valid working permit in Switzerland is a must
