For our customer, a well established investment company in Canton of Zurich we are looking for an experienced

Assistant Private Banking 100%

Your responsibilities

  • Support the relationship managers in all aspects of client service in a responsible and independent way
  • Administrative tasks at customer openings and other documentations
  • Prepare client meetings, proposals and conduct reviews
  • Monitor client portfolios and issues
  • Risk management
  • Credit monitoring
  • Direct point of contact for clients

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics or completed bank apprenticeship or similar education
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an assistant from Swiss private banking
  • Fluent in English and Russian is a must, German is advantageous
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, capable of working independently and systematically meeting deadlines
  • Team-oriented and client focused working approach
  • Swiss / EU passport or valid Swiss work permit is a must
